What data we process and why
When you send the contact form or write by email, we process the data you provide (name, email and your message) to reply to you. If we end up working together, also to manage that relationship.
Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the box on the form and, where applicable, the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
Retention
We keep the data for as long as needed to handle your message and, afterwards, for the legally required periods. If we don’t end up working together, messages are deleted within 12 months at the latest.
Recipients
Data is not shared with third parties unless legally required. The technology providers that host the website or provide the email service act as data processors with appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@iobmarketing.com. If you believe they have not been properly addressed, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Third-party videos
If the website shows Vimeo or YouTube videos, they only load when you click to play them. From that moment, those platforms’ privacy policies apply.
